由国家广电总局和四川省人民政府共同主办，自1991年始，隔年一次在四川举办。展览规模在国内仅次于北京的CCBN和BIRTV展览会。
Organized by the "State Administration of Radio, Film and Television" and Sichuan Municipal Government. Held in Sichuan every two years. Which attract important senior personnel from television stations and production houses across China.
