Technical Power 技术用电
Electric AC power supplied by the electric company for the broadcasting equipment both at IBC and venues.In case of trouble it is automatically switched to the power from the generators or UPS.
场馆和IBC设备使用的交流电，如果出现故障，会自动切换到自备发电机或紧急备用电源。

TOC:Technical Operation Centre 技术营运中心
The technical headquarters at the Venues which is located in the Compound Space.VTM(Venue Technical Manager)stays here.All of the incoming and outgoing ITVR signal,including ITVR signal and other VandA signal distributed to RHBs at the venue,pass through TOC.TOC is responsible for the technical quality of those VandA signals and also coordination on them.The injection Points is located in the TOC.
位于综合区内的技术中心，技术经理的办公室。传入和传出的ITVR和VandA信号通过这里传到IBC。该中心负责所有VandA信号的质量并行使协调职能。单位电视信号传送点就设在技术运营中心。

Tracking Camera 轨道摄像机
A TV camera that follows the motion of the object it is shooting.Can be automated or manully controlled.Can be mounted on rails or other device to allow it to move synchronised to movement of object.
与拍摄对象同步移动的摄像机，可手动或自动控制，架设在轨道或其它地方。

TX:信号传送
Transmission,the feeding of a signal to a remote location.
由一点到另一点传送信号。

TV Monitor 监视器
High quality television display screen used to view a TV signal in its unmodulated state.(Modulate-to vary the amplitude,frequency or phase of radio or television).A TV monitor has no tuner and is not capable of receiving off-air or CATV signals without additional equipment.
用于收看未经压缩的电视信号的高质量屏幕，以监控图像质量。因其没有接收机，所以无法收看一般电视节目。

TV Receiver 电视接收器
Television display screen able to tune in to a modulated or off-air TV signal.
可以接收一般公众电视节目的电视机。

1. Term used to denote a Rights Holding Broadcaster.
2. Service or facility transmission such as a unilateral VandA circuit or satellite link pertaining to one broadcaster only.

Unilateral Camera Platform 单边摄像机平台
Bookable position in a stadium available to Rights Holding Broadcasters to cover a match with their own fixed camera or ENG crew.
RHB可预定的使用其固定摄像机或ENG小组的位置。

Utility Power(or Domestic Power)民用电源
Electric AC power supplied by the electric company for the responsibilities other than Technical Power both at IBC and venues.Utility power is backed-up by generators both at the IBC and the venues.
由发电厂提供的民用交流电，供给IBC及场馆使用，但不是技术用电，只是办公司用电。IBC及场馆内备有民用发电机

Earth station transmitter used to send television signals from the earth to a satellite.

VandA 视/音频线路
Video and audio circuit from one site to another.A "VandA"is comprised of one video circuit along with a minimum of two audio channels.VandAs will carry the international Signal or unilateral television signals to the IBC from a venue as part of the BOB contribution network.VandA might be an analogue,a standard definition digital or a high definition digital signal.
视频及音频线的合称，它将国际信号和单边信号由场馆传送到IBC，是BOB传送网络的一部分。VandA信号可以是模拟信号，也可以是标注清晰度或高清晰度的数字信号。

VSR(Venue Survey Report) 场馆调查报告
A detailed venue by venue description report which contains the information on all of the broadcast related facilities as well as other necessary general features.VSR is usually issued by the host broadcaster three to four times during the preparation period.
描述各个场馆情况与转播有关的内容和其它基本信息的调查报告，在筹备阶段东道主转播机构有3到4次的对外发布和披露。

VTM:Venue Technical Manager 场馆技术经理
The VTM is responsible for the set-up,performance and operations procedures of all BOB Technical facilities at a Venue.
