Termination and distribution point for all incoming signals.Provides monitoring,processing and coordination capabilities.

Media 媒体
The word includes both Broadcasters and the Press.The Press includes newspaper/news agency journalists and photographers.The broadcasters are clearly distinguished from the Press and sometimes given priority to the Press,because broadcasters'work is more time-pressing.Accreditation categories for broadcasters is "RT"and"E"to the Press.

Minicam 微型摄像机
A small camera usually remotely controlled or fixed 1:e a POV camera.

Mixed Zone 混合区
An interview area at the venue where athletes and media "mix" to conduct post-match interviews.The area is located immediately adjacent to the field of play and the order of media positions is defined in the IOC Media Guide.
是一个赛场指定的采访区域，运动员和媒体在那里“混合”在一定进行赛后采访。该位置紧邻赛场地，采访的位置根据IOC的媒体指导手册安排。

Mobile Unit(also called OB-Van) 转播车
A large truck housing production and technical facilities at venues.Usually parked in the venue compound.

Multilateral Signal 公用信号
Television or radio signal produced at the venue by BOB staff and equipment and distributed to World Broadcasters.

The National Organization responsible for the administration of a sport under the auspices of the IF.

Observer Seats 观察席
Spectator seats located in close proximity to the commentary positions at the venues for use by broadcasters,statisticians,runners,etc.
转播商、统计员、联络员所坐的位于评论席附近的特定的观看位置。

Off-Tube 非现场评论席
Broadcast position ,technically similar to a commentary position,used for commenting on a television video signal,Off-Tubes are usually established inside the IBC technical areas.
非现场的对着电视画面进行评论的演播室。非现场评论席通常位于IBC的技术区。

Office Trailers/Cabins 临时工作棚
Trallers/Cabins may be used as BOB's or RHB's temporary offices in the compound as an alternative to Outside Broadcast Vehicles.Trailers/Cabins do not move between compounds.
BOB和RHB使用的通常位于综合区的工作车，有时亦会改装作为场外转播车的替代，一般临时工作棚不会移动到别的综合区。

Official Film 大会电影纪录片
Based on the Olympic Charter,Official Film is produced at each Games by the organizing committee .They are called"film"but video is frequently used recently.An official film may get a special camera position however RHB have the priority to the official cameras in the RT area.
根据奥运会宪章，每届奥运会均制作大型电影纪录片。通常用特殊的机位拍摄纪录片，但转播商在RT区域拥有优先权。

Olympic Village 奥运村
The village where athletes stay during the Games.The village has an area.which is called ‘international zone’,and Media are allowed to enter to this international Zone.BOB might create and injection point and a bookable live camera in this zone.
运动员居住的区域称为奥运村，内有一片区域称“国际区”，允许媒体进入。BOB可以在该区域设置信号传送点并可接受直播摄像机预定。

Overlay 透明覆盖图
A means by which BOB can superimpose its technical requirements on venue plan.
在透明覆盖图纸上放置技术设备，然后将它加盖在场馆图上，成为完整的技术制作图。
